Located just 8 minutes' walk from Old Street Underground Station, Smart City Apartments offer self-catering accommodation located in central London. With free WiFi access available, the iconic 30 St Mary Axe, better known as The Gherkin, is a 28-minute walk to the south.

Please note that the property does not have a front desk. Guests will receive an email with check-in instructions prior to arrival.

A copy of official photo ID will be required at least 24 hours prior to arrival, along with a copy of the credit/debit card used to book. This is part of the EU regulations. Guests booking for same-day arrivals will be required to provide this via email prior to arrival.

Names on credit/debit cards must match the name on the booking.

Guests must be at least 21 years old at the time of check-in.

Parties are not permitted. The maximum number of guests per apartment should not be exceeded and noise levels must not cause a disturbance. Additional charges will apply if there is evidence of a party and the property reserves the right to evict guests at the guest's own expense.

Please note a security deposit is required prior to arrival and will be pre-authorised on the credit card used for the booking 1 day before arrival. The security deposit will vary according to the apartment that you book and starts at GBP 250 - GBP 500. The deposit is fully refundable within 7 days of check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Damages to the apartment must be paid in full by the booker. In the event of any breakages, damage, or extra cleaning required, the card provided will be charged. An email will alert the guest to this, along with a breakdown of the charges.

Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 238 City Road, EC1V 2PQ London.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
